5th Grade Inventors's Fair

This is the culminating project in the Lower School’s Building and Design curriculum. 5th graders are asked to follow scientific process to invent something that will solve a problem in their world.

Hitting the right note

Fourth and Fifth grade students all learn to play an instrument and to be part of an ensemble. They perform in both a winter and spring concert.

Lower School at a glance

  • 8:00am–3:30pm academic day
  • 14 average class size
  • 2-3 homerooms in each grade
  • All Lower School students take Spanish in grades PK-5th.
